Stealing Trash

I went out tonight to take out some trash because tomorrow is trash day. I opened my dumpster to put something in and realized that someone has been going through my dumpster. That explains why there was trash around the it. It creeps me out.

This caused me to think all kinds of things – particularly why do I care – it’s trash. Because it’s creepy, that’s why.

I suddenly know what celebrities mean when they talk about people going through their trash being a violation of their privacy. It’s creepy.

Of course, I can’t imagine why anyone would want to go through my trash. I’m not a celebrity. And I don’t throw away anything interesting. However, they took about one whole bag full of trash with them. Creepy. Very creepy.
